Warm Water Tibetan Bowl Massage
This ancient and powerful form of bodywork therapy will leave you feeling deeply grounded, relaxed and energetically connected. Multiple Tibetan singing bowls of various sizes are placed on and around the body. When played these bowls provide acoustical energy and resonance which causes the body to naturally entrain and align itself to the sounds of the bowls. While in a deep state of relaxation warm water will be poured into the bowls on the body. Then each bowl is played while moving up and down the chest, stomach, pelvic area, back, hips, thighs and calves creating a deeply penetrating whole body massage. The warmth, weight and relaxing sounds will completely surround you. The warm water technique will be used on both your front and back side while you lay comfortably on a massage table. Restorative, healing and harmonizing your body will naturally surrender any stress, emotional anxieties, physical tightness, pain and uneasiness allowing your body, mind and spirit to be in harmony.

Tibetan Bowl Sound Bath
Immerse yourself in a 14 bowl Tibetan Vibrational Sound Bath while laying comfortably on a massage table. These bowls will be placed on and around the body while being played. Tibetan bowls have been used in the Himalayas for centuries to bring whole body harmonization and healing. While in a deep state of relaxation bowls will be played while moving up and down the chest, stomach, pelvic area, back, hips, thighs and calves creating a deeply penetrating whole body massage. Due to a term called entrainment your body will naturally align itself to the acoustical energy and vibration of the Tibetan bowls. When the body is aligned, your energy flows freely which facilitates in relieving stress, emotional trauma, anxiety, pain and physical tightness. Midway through the session you will turn on your stomach so both your front and backside will receive the vibrational sound therapy.

Private Small Group Sound Baths
A private 4 person small group Tibetan Bowl sound bath. These sound baths are held in a private room and last approximately 50 to 60 minutes. A deeply penetrating vibrational sound shower that will bring everyone back to center. The session starts off with techniques to bring you to the present moment, allowing you to relax your mind and body in order to better receive and experience the healing vibrations of the bowls. As you comfortably lay on a yoga mat Tibetan bowls, chimes and other instruments are played harmonizing and entraining you on a cellular level. Provides stress relief on all levels and facilitates energy flow to eliminate things which no longer serve us. These private small group sounds baths are a perfect and wonderful way to bring you and several of your friends together to immerse yourselves in acoustical energy which will leave you feeling energized, relaxed, connected and grounded. A sure way to balance, harmonize and clear.

KidZONE Teaching the Power of Sound
Offering private kid group sessions for children ages 8 to 13. These sessions allow hands on learning, through games, discussions and fun! Topics covered are the importance of the sound, how sounds of words effect us and others, time to explore a variety of sound instruments (including Tibetan Bowls), exercise and discussion on how to identify and feel your own energy, overview of the chakra system and mindfulness. On-Site Group Sound Baths
On-site one hour group sound baths are available for groups of 5 to 15 people. Participants lay on the floor with their heads towards the bowls and are immersed in sound vibrations while being walked through guided meditations. Please email for a custom quote.
