Warm Water Tibetan Bowl Massage

This ancient and powerful form of bodywork therapy will leave you feeling deeply grounded, relaxed and energetically connected. Multiple Tibetan singing bowls of various sizes are placed on and around the body. When played these bowls provide acoustical energy and resonance which causes the body to naturally entrain and align itself to the sounds of the bowls. While in a deep state of relaxation warm water will be poured into the bowls on the body. Then each bowl is played while moving up and down the chest, stomach, pelvic area, back, hips, thighs and calves creating a deeply penetrating whole body massage. The warmth, weight and relaxing sounds will completely surround you. The warm water technique will be used on both your front and back side while you lay comfortably on a massage table. Restorative, healing and harmonizing your body will naturally surrender any stress, emotional anxieties, physical tightness, pain and uneasiness allowing your body, mind and spirit to be in harmony.

Individual Tibetan Bowl Sound Bath 

Immerse yourself in a 14 bowl Tibetan Vibrational Sound Bath while laying comfortably on a massage table.  These bowls will be placed on and around the body while being played. Tibetan bowls have been used in the Himalayas for centuries to bring whole body harmonization and healing. While in a deep state of relaxation bowls will be played while moving up and down the chest, stomach, pelvic area, back, hips, thighs and calves creating a deeply penetrating whole body massage. Due to a term called entrainment your body will naturally align itself to the acoustical energy and vibration of the Tibetan bowls. When the body is aligned, your energy flows freely which facilitates in relieving stress, emotional trauma, anxiety, pain and physical tightness. Midway through the session you will turn on your stomach so both your front and backside will receive the vibrational sound therapy.

In-Home Sessions for Special Need Situations

These 40 minute in-home sessions are for people with special needs who are dealing with issues such as limited mobility, hospice care, bed confinement, pregnancy, cancer treatment , etc. I travel to your home and setup based on the space provided. The setup time is calculated outside of the 40 minutes to ensure the best session. Sessions can be conducted while patients are in bed or sitting up in a chair.
